It’s really very simple. Over the years we’ve done tons of work for free. As long as it progresses our passion of “How do we stop doing dumb things to our customers and our people?”. And so we’re formalising it and expanding it.

We’re going to do one project a month for someone in the public or third sector. And we’re going to ask people to join in by donating a little time per month so we can help more than one deserving party at a time.
